The GTY160 hydraulic bulldozer utilizes new technology and rational design for higher power output, greater work efficiency and less maintenance cost. It can accommodate challenging operating conditions.
The GTY16 hydraulic bulldozer adopts the central transmission assembly which is a transmission system between the gearbox and the final drive, with the purpose to change the transmission torque and direction. The power is transmitted to steering clutch and final drive gear to enable the bulldozer to travel, steer and brake, providing smooth control and excellent mechanical efficiency.
The fuel tank has a built-in valve, featuring compact structure and superior look. The cleanliness reaches NAS9 or higher level, greatly lowering the failure rate of the hydraulic system.
The wiring harness assembly uses advanced design concept of electrical system and top-notch manufacturing equipment to ensure that all crucial steps such as crimping, assembly and testing are carried out in compliance with the requirements of TS16949 quality management system. It provides a strong guarantee for the reliable operation of bulldozer's electrical system.
Sprocket segments as the load-bearing parts of final drive chain have significant demands on the tensile strength, abrasion resistance and service life. The sprocket segments used in the bulldozer are made of high quality alloy steel and processed using mature forging and quenching processes to assure the high durability and reliability.
A variety of bulldozer attachments are available for superior performance in customer-specific application tasks. Special attachments can be provided as per customer request.
